As a full service vendor we not only want to build a quality cartridge, we want to provide service to all your machines. Our experienced technician’s have the ability to support all of your needs when it comes to either your high end laser jet printers and/or your stand-a-lone ink jet printers. Which ever the case may be, the customer cannot afford to have a piece of equipment down when personal or company business is being done. We as a company give you the customer a piece of mind that the work is being done effectively and in a timely manner to meet your needs. We treat every customer as if they were the only customer we service. We will meet all of your needs when it comes to either your cartridges or your printers. The days of gouging the customers are over and the issue will be no longer.

With the above information in mind, put to the test. We offer a full service 60-day warranty on all major components. If a major component has been installed in your printer and it is defective within 60 days under normal use it will be replaced at no charge to the customer. For example, some of the components that are covered under the warranty are fusers, formatters, and DC controllers. Keep in mind the warranty is only as good as the man who writes it.
