WARRANTY INFORMATION

Remanufacturing is a growing industry, however it seems to have a bad track record, poor yield and bad quality issues and a very high fail rate.

At TG’s Laser it has been our goal to address each and every one of these issues with the understanding that it’s not a perfect world “Things are going to breakdown.” With that in mind we offer the following warranty.

If any cartridge fails, be it laser or ink jet due to workmanship or defect at or below 60% of its life cycle TG’s will replace it at no charge. If the cartridge fails over 60% of its cycle the product will be prorated against its purchase price.
